Edumedia Software Solutions Corporation (the creator of e*Pad) was formed in 1992, originally as a hardware and software reseller, as well as a software-training firm.  In 1993, Edumedia became well recognized among New Jersey schools, then becoming the first company in the state to offer schools true full motion video in its computer platforms.  The focus of the company evolved into an education based hardware and software provider, building its authorized dealer list, with the top 11 in the country for hardware and software.  Edumedia’s customer list grew to over 2000 individual customer accounts (schools) in 36 states, between 1993 and 1999, achieving an average 47% annual growth rate with the following achievements:

It was a decade of experience in the education arena, and direct exposure to the demands of the end user, that prompted Edumedia’s focus to develop a superior on-line assessment tool. Edumedia continued as an R&D company owning the intellectual property of E*PAD.

TekConnect Corporation is a leading educational technology integration and consulting firm. Founded in 1975, the company is headquartered in Cherry Hill, NJ, and has sales and service locations in Albany, NY, and Monmouth Junction, NJ. TekConnect has been rapidly expanding its presence throughout the Northeastern United States and specializes in the design, integration and on-going service and support of technology in education. TekConnect offers an extensive range of services, including computer and software integration, LAN/WAN design and implementation, project management services, custom-designed software applications, e-commerce-based procurement solutions, technology refresh programs, and help desk solutions.  

Axiologix is potentially entering an agreement for outsourcing these types of services to it’s customers from TekConnect.

Seacliff Educational Solutions is an educational solution provider, committed to delivering easy to use solutions that simplify the use of technology for educators.  By developing solutions that deliver what they call "Powerful Simplicity", they focus first on ease of use, and second on the number of features.
As a member of the Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA), Seacliff is one of more than 1000 leading software and information companies who produce and market code, content and related technology solutions for use in educational settings.
On August 18th, 2005, Seacliff Associates, LLC purchased the eBoard.com and Curricuplan.com solutions from TekConnect  Corporation.  The team at Seacliff Associates has over 50 years of combined experience in Education and Educational Technology Solutions.  eBoard and Curricuplan will be marketed and supported by Seacliff Educational Solutions, a company focused on providing the best online educational applications for schools.

Axiologix is potentially entering an agreement with Seacliff Educational Solutions to have exclusive rights to re-sell the eBoard and Curricuplan solutions.

Contour Data Corporation, founded in 1987 is headquartered in Clayton, NJ.  The company’s proprietary “Student Tracker” software has been successfully operating in school districts throughout the country.  “Student Tracker” is an administrative package designed for a variety of education areas, including: gifted and talented, special education, speech and language, and 504 student management as well as regular education attendance, grading and scheduling.  Axiologix is potentially entering an exclusive resellership agreement with Contour Data Corporation to re-sell the Student Tracker solution.
