John P. Daglis – Founder, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board of Axiologix. Mr. Daglis was the original Founder and President of Edumedia since 1992. Before Edumedia, Mr. Daglis started his career in technology in 1984 with Tandy Corporation as Retail Marketing Representative. In his six year history with Tandy Corporation he moved up to Executive Management of the company in charge of Computer Hardware, Software, Networking and Services sales out of 26 locations totaling over $ 14mm per year. As the founder and President of Edumedia, he quickly established the company’s accreditation as a Microsoft Solutions Provider in Education, an IBM Business Partner, a Certified Education Partner with Compaq, a Microsoft Academic Authorized reseller, a Hewlett-Packard Authorized Dealer, and a Symantec Enterprise Developer. Additional authorizations include Intel, 3Com, and Nortell Networks, among others. Mr. Daglis led the company to a 43% average growth rate in sales per year, from 1992 to 1999. During these years his company also gained recognition as the First to offer MPEG technology to Schools in the state of New Jersey (August 1993), and was featured by local newspapers in cover page articles such as “Taking elementary students to the 21st Century”, and “Local entrepreneur’s company helps schools secure technology grants”. Mr. Daglis attended Stockton State College, majoring in Information Systems and Sciences.
Denise Tassi-Romito – Vice President and Director of Business Development. Ms. Tassi-Romito has extensive background in the education and technology fields. She has 16 years experience as a teacher and assistant principal in the Parochial School System in Philadelphia. Her published work includes hands-on science kits and teacher’s guides for the Franklin Institute’s “Museum-to-Go” project as well as articles in educational magazines and newspapers. She also developed “Science by Satellite” for National Public Television and developed computer activities for the teacher’s center in the Futures Center of the Franklin Institute. Before Axiologix, Denise was Director of Business Development for Edumedia. Before Edumedia, Ms. Tassi-Romito was Area Vice-President of sales at CompassLearning, Inc. and Regional Vice-President of Strategic Accounts at Lightspan. She was also a top sales performer at Pearson Learning and a member of the Pinnacle Club of Simon and Schuster Publishing.
J. Chris Tyson, CNA - Vice President and Director of Technology. Before Axiologix, Mr. Tyson served with management in the research and development work for Edumedia for 3-years, and hosted the 2003 round of funding slated for phase two of development of Edumedia’s E*PAD software.With his team he was responsible for the Webmaster services for Edumedia and Network Infrastructure Projects for New Jersey School Districts. Before EdumediaMr. Tyson served a 6-year term in the Army National Guard receiving the Army Achievement Medal for Field Excellence. His excellent project management, scheduling, hiring, budgeting and corporate reporting skills have proven to be very valuable. Mr. Tyson's extensive knowledge of the varied operating systems and platforms available, as well as the system configurations appropriate for use in Elementary and Secondary Schools, gives Edumedia a decisive edge over the competition. Mr. Tyson is an Honors Graduate of the Chubb Institute of Technology. His fields of study are Network Engineering and Data Communication. He has a profound sense of cost structure and control with the latest technology, which works well with educators.
Roberta Sinclair – As Secretary and Senior Account Executive Robbi brings two decades of experience in the educational software and technology business to Axiologix. Her past accomplishments include the successful sales and management of a state-wide educational technology initiative and district-wide multi-million dollar initiatives. Additionally her experiences have focused on developing sales territories, improving customer satisfaction, building successful business partner relationships, sales training and mentoring, and coordinating special events and trade shows. Before Axiologix Roberta Sinclair was Senior Account Executive for Edumedia. Prior to joining Edumedia, Ms. Sinclair held sales positions for CompassLearning for seven years and various sales and staff positions for IBM for fifteen years.
